Tops'l Resort Unit # 313 is a beautiful 2 bed/ 2 bath ocean view condo. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 with is King, 2 Twin beds, and sleeper sofa setup. Enjoy beautiful views from the private balcony, take a swim in the community pool or take a short walk to the nearby beach. On the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be a short walk from the sugar sands of Miramar Beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a putt-putt course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can ride the free tram to the beach as well, and dine at two wonderful restaurants on-site. There are more than a dozen golf courses to try out in the surrounding area, as well as fantastic shopping, dining, and other attractions at Baytowne Wharf just across the street at Sandestin, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (five miles west), as well as conveniently located next to the serene nature preserve.
The full kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances and cool cookware and utensils to help you cook up tonight's homemade meal.
